I know, I know. I've been inconsistent again. I'm so sorry. No excuses.
I started using this product just recently and I just had to share it. Essential oils have not really been my thing. Although I was practically brought up in England, I raised by Naija (Slang for Nigeria - my country of birth) Parents. Our Nigerian essential oils were and still are, coconut oil and Shea butter, as they are for most africans / black people. Of which I've been using, probably since infancy. Little did I know that there were a lot more oils out there. When I discovered tea tree oil and it's amazing benefits, I began my search for other oily goodness. My new find is the Lemon essential oil.
The benifits of Lemon oil are:
After using tea tree oil religiously for the past 10 months. I wanted something new. Tea tree did a lot in getting rid of dark marks, preventing fungal infections, and dry itchy skin, which were my priority at the time. Although I will continue to use the tea tree oil, I also wanted something that would give me added benefits. I had to get me some lemony goodness. The oil is very potent so I only use one drop mixed with my face cream, and apply after washing my face, I also added some to my body cream. I don't use this oil directly onto my skin, I always, always, always dilute them by mixing them with something. If not they can cause irritation and do the exact opposite of their benefit. I watch a lot of youtubers applying these oils (tea tree and lemon) directly to their skin and swearing by the results. I, However, will not advice you to so the same. These oils can damage the skin if used excessively.
Makeup Revolution Professional eyeshadow Palette - Flawless and Baked bronzers. Rock on world and ready to go review.
About three months ago I went in search of highlighters my chocolate complexion. After watching many youtube videos and exploring different products I found the Makeup Revolution 'bronzer' to be perfect highlights for my darker skin tone. My favourite ones are 'Rock on world' and 'Ready to go'. Superdrug was doing a 3 for 3 sale so I grabbed myself this beautiful nude eyeshadow palette.
So I went shopping for some skin care product and lucky me simple was on sale. Of course I grabbed everything I wanted and didn't look back. Simple to is simply the best. I have used a lot of products because I like to try new things. My skin isn't very sensitive I can just about us anything without breaking out. However out of all these different products I have used, simple comes out number one. So How can I not grab without turning back?
This perfume is not new for me, but is my new favourite daily scent. A couple of years ago I went shopping in search of my scent. I wanted something fruit with a subtle sweetness in the scent and after trying Nina riche, and Daisy by Mac Jacobs, I found Live by Jlo and I fell for it. It then became my daily scent, but after a while I stopped using it as I got used to the scent and wanted a change. So......I went searching again and used several perfumes, Tommy girl, beverly hill, David Beckham women, and so on. After all these scent clogging up my nostrils for two year, on a beautiful sunny day.....hehehe, I went shopping with a friend and passed by the perfume shop, as I passed the thought of the Live crossed my mind I decided to go in for a "sniff" ;) and I fell in love again. So guys there it is.......the story of my love for this perfume.
I'm always looking for something new and when I find anything new or interesting I share it with you.
