Its rich in vitamin and yummy enough to keep your tastes bud tingling all say. Yes, it's the berrytastic smoothie bowl.
Let's get started. Ingredients you'll need: Smoothie - guava, pineapple, and half a banana Topping - blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, pomegranate seeds and scoops of dragon fruit.

![]() I've been seeing these smoothie bowls on instagram lately and I thought to myself. Hmmm Janet, you can totally make that. It's a great way to kick of the day and stay on track with my weight loss journey. I recently started doing insanity, and I can testify that it is insane. INSANE!
I've recently forced myself to develop a habit of eating breakfasts, no matter how busy my mourning is. This smoothie bowl is very filling and tastes great, so I don't feel like I'm eating tasteless nothing. Its also really easy to make. Ingredients Mango Spinach Pineapple Banana Milk (plant based or dairy) Toppings Kiwi Chia seeds Almonds Making: Blend all the ingredients together, and pour in a bowl. Add toppings however you like. Tada! breakfast is served. Eat.
